Third Time Achieving a 5-0 Sweep
This marks the third time the Indian women’s team has won a T20I series 5-0, following similar triumphs against West Indies in 2019 and Bangladesh in 2024. The win against Sri Lanka also counts as India’s 25th T20I victory against the island nation.

Harmanpreet Kaur’s leadership and match-winning performance once again proved decisive, as the Indian team continues its unstoppable form in women’s cricket.
